2020 started with fear and ended up with blessing. 2020 has taught us tons of lessons that school never did. Through all the storms and uncertain things that happened every single day, we come to realize that nothing is permanence. We used to take things for granted with or without intention, and here 2020 came along and taught us the value of every tiny thing in life whether a simple smile, a touch, a hug, a kiss, or a single minute with our loved ones. We, experienced the joy outside, away from family, took so much time, and invested all of the energies into career or businesses, we tended to forget some important people who named as a family, a life partner, or cool best friends until things began to happen unexpectedly. Covid-19 was born silently and spread globally, this virus transmission has a huge impact on millions of lives worldwide, it spreads rapidly and it took lives away in just a blink of an eye. Nobody wishes to see this painful disaster occurs, but it does. It has no discrimination, it goes beyond what we expected to see, it goes to the rich, poor, black, and white people and it separated people from their family with no time await.

2020 taught us the significance of well-being, the importance of time spending with family especially the quality time on our own, the importance of time spending with the right people to go through the whole disaster year. We all are living in fear, the strike of losing, losing our own life, and fear of being the reason risky all the family and people surrounding. We are being stuck and lost ourselves, we lost the directions, hopefulness and beyond, we lost our ways to live and lost keys to reconnecting to our boundaries. We are fear of whatever is happening and is gonna happen by tomorrow. Our life goals become blurry, and we become blind across all those small paths in life journey. 2020 has the power to destroy everything. We are dealing with all of the mixed signals, the failures, and the uncertainty of everything we do. Even though we try to be positive in the toughest situations that happen to trillion of people worldwide but it will never work out, that positive mindset only happened once and it all fades away as soon as the breaking news being shown up and the fake news keeps ghosting us to live in fear. We are stuck in a financial crisis, the ability to afford ourselves and the rest, our career paths failed beyond expected, our start-up and plans break into pieces, our loans still go uphills while we go downhills.

Meanwhile, some peeps decided to give up on lives and rest happily in heaven while we all still strive to survive. Still, we are risking our lives by going out in hope of having enough food on the table and still having a shelter. We tried to adapt to the new living generation which faces masks are important than luxury bags, alcohol spray is valuable than the high-ended brand perfumes and hand sanitizers are useful than many other pieces of stuff. Admit it, we all praying that everything that happened within the whole of 2020 is just a badass dream, a dream that we could wake up to the old world, the old generation in the year of 2019 when greeting people, hugging your loved ones still your favorite love languages. But the worst dream is we wake up every single day forced to accept the reality, and we have no better choices but to master our mindset into positivity.

Almost all of the plans are being ruined by the covid-19 virus and somehow it tracks us downhill, some people lost their loved ones, some people lost their successful career in just a blink of an eye, some businesses suddenly bankrupt while some families decided to attempt to commit suicide instead of dealing with all the unexpected debts. Everyone is fighting their own battles silently within this whole year to be alive, to survive with meals on the table. This year is the most disaster year that many lives are being separated immediately and the footprint will be left in the memory forever.

But let take a few minutes to appreciate the things that we have instead. 2020 is the badass year back then, but here are some priceless life lessons. We are slowly learning that we passed through the whole 2020 is such a blessing, without mentioned about all the achievements within the whole 365 days the only greatest achievement is to stay alive. We are slow to understand the boundary of love connected from one another, we come to realize the feeling of happiness the moments we still have a family to reunion while millions of people worldwide hoping to meet their loved ones before the last breath and still they couldn't make it. We come to appreciate every little thing and never take things for granted. We turn our negative thoughts into positivity knowing that our mental health is the priority in this global pandemic generation. We are slowly learning that time flies and we don't know what happens tomorrow. Covid-19 has taught us to love ourselves and especially to put ourselves first because at the end of the day no one is gonna be there for us. 2020 also shown us the image of some people behind their face masks, not everyone we meet is a blessing, some people are the gift from the universe while some are the lessons from life journey. That is a normal trend, a little disappointed but nothing surprised. Losing a job is still fine and being stuck in a financial crisis still okay at this moment. 2020 was a whole tough year, but we finally come to an end, give ourselves a big clap and be proud of all the struggles we’ve been through, the battles we fought silently just to survive. Once you close the charter of 2020, it’s okay to remind yourself to be grateful for, but not to regret any tiny thing.

Have you asked yourself "Am I Ready for 2021?" There will be more surprises, both uphill or downhill. Global financial will be collapse and so on. Be aware and be ready to get yourself a challenge to be a better version of yourself and to stand strong on the ground.
